IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading technology projects remotely, the full-time IT Project Manager will manage project expectations, facilitate collaboration across teams, and ensure successful delivery through effective project management and Agile practices.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for project technology-related issues and manage stakeholder communications
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach Agile teams to enhance collaboration and continuous improvement
• Track project performance metrics and report on status, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 5+ years of project management or Agile delivery experience
• 3+ years of experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for software development or IT delivery teams
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or Agile teams
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
