IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for a contract position focused on leading IT divestitures, carve-outs, and enterprise separation programs, with a preference for candidates in the Boston area, working in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage IT divestiture and carve-out projects, ensuring successful execution and transition
• Oversee data migration, network and infrastructure separation, and cloud migration initiatives
• Coordinate cutover planning and business readiness activities while engaging with executive stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT divestiture or carve-out projects
• Expertise in data migration and cloud migration, preferably with Azure
• Experience in network and infrastructure separation
• Familiarity with identity and access management processes
• Background in large enterprise or regulated environments
