IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated IT Project Manager for a full-time remote position focused on managing strategic projects in Accounting and Financial Planning, requiring experience with SaaS solutions and familiarity with systems like Oracle R12.X, Hyperion, and Anaplan.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee project status, resources, tasks, risks, and milestones, making necessary adjustments and implementing solutions as needed
• Collaborate with Business Functional Leads to prioritize requirements and estimate resources for project execution and tracking
• Lead and coordinate daily project activities across globally distributed teams, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and methodologies

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with finance-related systems or solutions
• Experience managing highly matrixed global projects with both onshore and offshore teams
• Preferred certifications: Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Practitioner, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Proficiency in Agile Project Management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally) and Microsoft Office tools
• Flexibility to work in US and India hours as needed
