IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex cross-functional initiatives, the full-time IT Project Manager II will manage the Duck Creek upgrade and other technology projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities while working remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, schedule, cost, and risk management
• Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT delivery teams, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement
• Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 4 years focused on Duck Creek technologies
• Proven track record of leading Agile or hybrid projects involving multiple teams and vendors
• Demonstrated experience with organizational change management or business transformation initiatives
• Strong proficiency with project and Agile management tools
