IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end technology project planning and execution for healthcare facility acquisitions, the remote IT Project Manager will manage comprehensive project plans, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and track project financials in a long-term contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures in the healthcare sector
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and cost plans using ServiceNow SPM
• Facilitate project kick-offs, status meetings, and lessons learned sessions to ensure project success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT Mergers & Acquisitions
• Experience managing complex projects involving network infrastructure, telecom, and clinical systems
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMI and tools like ServiceNow
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
