IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time IT Project Manager, this role will manage multiple complex, enterprise-wide projects from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while coordinating resources and serving as the primary liaison among stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with IT goals and manage project execution to adhere to budget, schedule, and scope
• Lead cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders to ensure project success, while providing oversight for adherence to institutional standards
• Create high-quality documentation and prepare project status reports, analyzing trends and ensuring projects remain on task

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Six years of related work experience, including two years of direct project management experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Deep understanding of technical infrastructure layers, including networking and cybersecurity
• PMP certification is preferred
