IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the management of lead capture and enrichment processes, the remote IT Project Manager will integrate Salesforce, MuleSoft, Adobe Experience Platform, and Eloqua while overseeing third-party lead intake standardization and automation opportunities for a duration of five months.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage lead capture, ingestion, validation, enrichment, scoring, qualification, routing, and nurturing processes
• Oversee integrations with Salesforce, MuleSoft, Adobe Experience Platform, and Eloqua
• Implement reporting, analytics, SLA monitoring, and data quality controls

Required qualifications:

• Experience with lead capture and enrichment processes
• Proficiency in Salesforce, MuleSoft, Adobe Experience Platform, and Eloqua integrations
• Knowledge of third-party lead intake standardization and automation
• Domain experience in the life sciences sector
• Familiarity with IT agile project management and Planview resource allocation
