Job Summary

Leading the operational coordination of corporate network deployments and site management, the full-time remote IT Project Manager will oversee project lifecycles for office and warehouse openings, relocations, and decommissions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end project coordination lifecycle for site deployments, relocations, and decommissions
• Maintain accurate Jira records and project documentation, ensuring clear communication of project status and dependencies
• Coordinate vendor scheduling and manage critical-path priorities to ensure timely project execution

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical project management or related fields
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects involving technical and operational stakeholders
• Experience with physical infrastructure work such as network deployments and office openings
• Strong project management fundamentals, including risk escalation and milestone tracking
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management systems
