IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the full project lifecycle, the full-time IT Project Manager will plan, lead, and deliver medium-to-large technology projects remotely, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of concurrent IT projects across various domains, including core systems and infrastructure
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource plans while evaluating scope, timelines, and risks
• Drive communication with IT leadership and stakeholders, managing project governance and steering committees

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years of experience managing IT projects with a focus on systems integrations and SaaS applications
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid environments)
• Competence with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Azure DevOps
• Experience coordinating with vendors and cross-functional delivery teams
