IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading multiple project teams, the full-time remote IT Project Manager will deliver medium and large-sized IT projects while ensuring customer satisfaction and managing resources throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively manage internal and external resources and schedules during the entire project lifecycle
• Partner with IT resources to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction
• Document project progress using project management templates and promote adherence to industry standards and internal controls

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of IT Project Management or coordination experience
• Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider environment supporting multiple client engagements
• Working knowledge of Microsoft platforms, including Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders at various organizational levels
• Experience communicating effectively with external stakeholders, from end users to C-Suite executives
