IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading and coordinating the successful delivery of IT infrastructure projects, the full-time remote IT Project Manager will manage planning, execution, and implementation of voice, data, network, and telecommunications initiatives while ensuring projects meet business and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver multiple IT infrastructure and implementation projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and business objectives are achieved
• Coordinate network, voice, wireless, cabling, and infrastructure deployments for branch and corporate locations
• Maintain project documentation, budgets, purchase orders, and updates within project management tools

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in IT project coordination/management or related technology environment
• Experience supporting or managing IT infrastructure projects, including structured cabling and networking
• Working knowledge of voice and data technologies, including VoIP and wireless networking
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ServiceNow
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
