IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Owning the full lifecycle of customer implementation projects, the fully remote IT Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for APAC customers, managing scoping, planning, budget, and timelines from kickoff through go-live and support transition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of customer implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
• Act as the main point of contact for APAC customers, fostering trust through proactive communication and regular project updates
• Identify and resolve project blockers quickly while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain project momentum

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a customer-facing, implementation-focused role
• Proven track record of independently managing project plans, budgets, and customer relationships
• Familiarity with project tracking tools, preferably JIRA, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Confluence
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with minimal oversight and adapt to changing processes
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects
