Job Summary
Managing the full delivery lifecycle of AI-enabled products, the full-time remote IT Project Manager will coordinate model development and implementation projects for clinical analytical solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery lifecycle of AI products, collaborating with data science, engineering, and product teams
- Lead implementation projects for clinical analytical solutions, coordinating with clinical operations and data management stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports while identifying and mitigating project risks
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, particularly in AI or machine learning product initiatives
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana)
- Experience with clinical analytical solutions within a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting
- Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to support project work
