Managing cross-functional project teams, the full-time IT Project Manager will oversee complex IT transformation initiatives in a hybrid work environment, utilizing project methodologies to enhance customer service and capabilities for policyholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex projects using PMI, Agile/LEAN, and SDLC methodologies
- Motivate team members to conduct research, analyze business opportunities, and present recommendations to management
- Conduct project updates for senior management and coordinate execution for large cross-functional projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Military experience
- Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead customer-focused projects across organizational boundaries
- Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills
- Experience in gathering and documenting business scope for projects
