Job Summary
Supporting a custom HR technology initiative, the remote IT Project Manager - HR Technology will manage project roadmaps, document requirements, and coordinate milestones while collaborating with HR, IT, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project roadmap, milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation across business and technical teams
- Facilitate meetings and working sessions with HR, IT, Engineering, and leadership stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, program management, or technology delivery
- Experience supporting enterprise technology, HR technology, or custom software projects
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, IT, Engineering, Product, and business leaders
- Experience managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and project governance
