IT Project Manager II

Job Summary

To support an enterprise healthcare client, the remote IT Project Manager II will manage the coordination and delivery of regulatory submission documentation for digital experiences, serving as the primary liaison among cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with established standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination and delivery of regulatory submission documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Content Design, Product Design, and Regulatory teams, managing timelines and documentation requirements
• Perform quality assurance reviews to validate documentation accuracy and completeness while tracking multiple submission efforts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory operations, project management, or submission coordination
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with digital product experiences and design workflows
• Experience working in highly structured or regulated environments is a plus
