IT Project Manager III

Job Summary

Leading change management activities for complex clinical and operational technology initiatives, the full-time IT Project Manager III will collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of changes through structured communication and readiness planning in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and implements Change Management strategies, conducting organizational impact assessments and translating findings into actionable plans
• Communicates progress on Change Management initiatives to upper management and adjusts schedules as necessary
• Leads departmental communication and engagement activities to support organizational priorities and change initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• 10 years of diverse technology experience, with at least five years in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in directing technical staff and managing change initiatives
• Strong business judgment and organizational skills
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
