IT Project Manager III
Job Summary
Leading the delivery of complex IT projects, the full-time IT Project Manager III will independently manage project execution, mentor junior project managers, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity for candidates within a 50-mile radius of North Bethesda or San Mateo offices.
Key responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with client and organizational objectives
- Manage project lifecycle execution across scope, schedule, risk, quality, and stakeholder management
- Collaborate with PMO and Digital Services leadership to align delivery practices and support project financial management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
- PMP and ScrumMaster (CSM) certification required
- 8+ years of program or project management experience in enterprise IT or digital transformation initiatives
- Advanced knowledge of IT project management best practices (PMBOK, Agile, hybrid)
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments and overseeing governance materials
