IT Project Manager III

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of complex IT projects, the part-time IT Project Manager III will manage project execution across scope, schedule, budget, and quality while mentoring junior project managers and applying PMO standards, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with client and organizational objectives
• Manage project lifecycle execution, including risk identification and mitigation, while maintaining accurate project status reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and adherence to governance standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
• PMP and ScrumMaster (CSM) certification required
• 8+ years of program or project management experience in enterprise IT or digital transformation initiatives
• Advanced knowledge of IT project management best practices (PMBOK, Agile, hybrid)
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments and overseeing governance materials
