Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Project Portfolio Analyst Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support IT project portfolios by ensuring alignment with organizational goals and prioritizing initiatives
  • Facilitate governance processes, prepare communication materials, and lead quality assurance activities
  • Mentor team members through training and workshops to promote best practices and continuous improvement


Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 years of related work experience in an IT analyst or IT project planning/scheduling role
  • OR a Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business or IT discipline and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Agile
  • Strong ability to configure and maintain systems that support collaboration and governance
  • Prior experience in organizational change management (OCM) is preferred
