Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Project Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and prepare customer locations for technical cutovers
Lead meetings with customer site personnel to ensure readiness and successful completion of cutovers
Document, track, and provide updates on deployment progress for each site

Required Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of related experience
Desire customer service and IT support experience
Software installation experience
IT hospitality industry experience highly desired
IT general skills including strong proficiency with MS Office applications
