Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Project Technician who will be involved in all stages of client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare clients for onboarding and new office buildouts
Complete initial software setup and perform server installs
Conduct postmortem reviews for all projects

Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of customer service experience
1-2 years of tech support experience
High school diploma or equivalent is required; College degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred
