IT Provisioning Analyst

Job Summary

The full-time IT Provisioning Analyst will manage user account creation, conduct audits, and maintain software licensing across various environments while collaborating with Infrastructure and Security teams in a remote work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain end user accounts and mailboxes in Active Directory and Office 365
• Conduct monthly user audits and manage software license inventory
• Provide IT onboarding guidance to new remote employees and assist with equipment returns

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on access control experience, particularly with Active Directory
• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline preferred
• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification preferred
• Experience with Microsoft O365 and mainstream ITSM solutions
• Intermediate knowledge of security, compliance, and audit processes
