IT Provisioning Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time IT Provisioning Analyst, this role focuses on account creation, user audits, and maintaining user account environments across various platforms, partnering with IT teams to manage user access and escalate issues as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain end user accounts and mailboxes in Active Directory and Office 365
• Conduct monthly user audits of production systems and manage software license inventory
• Provide IT onboarding guidance to new remote employees and assist with the creation of knowledgebase articles

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing an Active Directory environment
• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline preferred
• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification preferred
• Experience with Windows OS, MAC OS, and Microsoft O365
• Proficient in PowerShell and mainstream ITSM solutions
