IT Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Quality Analyst to support Computer-Assisted Coding and Clinical Documentation Integrity software deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and acceptance criteria for various testing phases
• Validate coding workflows for inpatient, outpatient, and professional services
• Conduct end-to-end workflow testing and document results clearly

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years in healthcare QA/testing or validation, particularly in health IT implementations
• Knowledge of CAC/CDI workflows and coding standards (ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT/HCPCS)
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or related field
• QA/testing certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA) preferred
• Experience with major EHR systems and CAC/CDI platforms is a plus
