Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess quality in customer support interactions and internal processes
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs and participate in case analysis
- Collaborate with teams to design training programs and maintain documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of work experience in healthcare
- 1-2 years in technology operations with a cross-functional mindset
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt or ITIL certification preferred
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new processes and manage high volumes of work
