IT Quality Analyst

Job Summary

To support University Information Systems, the full-time IT Quality Analyst will gather requirements, perform systems analysis, develop test cases, coordinate testing, and create automated test scripts for enterprise systems, working remotely while collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives by conducting user interviews for requirements gathering and analyzing business problems
• Create and execute test plans, including generating test scripts and facilitating integrated testing of business solutions
• Report test results and metrics to management, ensuring compliance with documentation standards and coordinating with project teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Five years of related experience in testing and business requirement gathering
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or similar
• Familiarity with BDD tools or frameworks like Cucumber or Gherkin-based testing
• Proficiency in SQL Server for data validation and troubleshooting
