Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Quality & Training Analyst to ensure high-quality customer support interactions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assess the quality of customer support interactions and internal processes
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs and participate in case analysis for issue resolution
  • Collaborate with teams to design training programs and maintain documentation for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of work experience in Healthcare
  • 1+ years in technology operations with a cross-functional mindset
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt or ITIL certification preferred
  • Demonstrated flexibility and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment
