Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Quality & Training Analyst to ensure high-quality customer support interactions and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess the quality of customer support interactions and internal processes
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs and participate in case analysis for issue resolution
- Collaborate with teams to design training programs and maintain documentation for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of work experience in Healthcare
- 1+ years in technology operations with a cross-functional mindset
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt or ITIL certification preferred
- Demonstrated flexibility and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment
