IT Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely from North Carolina, Florida, Arizona, Texas, or other approved locations, the full-time IT Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for system integration testing of CAB Technology applications, coordinating testing activities, and providing independent assessments of programs and policies.

Key responsibilities

• Writes test cases based on requirements and performs manual testing as needed, participating in defect meetings to present analysis on current and re-tested defects
• Provides all necessary artifacts for SDLC and Change Management compliance, ensuring thorough documentation
• Sources and analyzes data for accuracy and efficiency, effectively communicating the results of the analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of Quality Assurance experience in a Financial Services organization, or a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience
• Preferred certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ)
• Experience in analyzing User Stories and Business requirements for testability
• Ability to follow SDLC procedures and produce mandatory artifacts from a change perspective
• Experience in coordinating testing activities and providing feedback on programs and policies
