IT Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

To support quality assurance activities for a Salesforce-based application, the full-time IT Quality Assurance Analyst will manage test planning, execution, and defect management while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure software solutions meet functional and quality standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate functional testing activities, including the development and execution of test plans, cases, and scripts
• Identify and track defects, collaborating with development teams for issue resolution and generating quality metrics and reports
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and communicate issues, risks, and recommendations for improving QA processes

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance, including test planning and execution
• Hands-on expertise with manual and automated testing tools and QA methodologies
• Experience with Salesforce application testing and familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
• QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB or equivalent) and a background in Computer Information Systems (CIS) or a related field
• Ability to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and produce detailed test cases and defect reports
