IT Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

Ensuring the quality and compliance of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud applications, the full-time remote IT Quality Assurance Analyst will lead test planning, execute manual testing, and coordinate defect resolution while supporting continuous improvement of QA processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead test planning and execution for Salesforce FSC enhancements, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Develop and maintain detailed test cases and execute manual testing for core FSC capabilities and integrated systems
• Document and maintain QA artifacts in alignment with IT quality and SDLC standards while monitoring key quality metrics for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a Financial Services organization, or High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce configurations and custom Apex/Lightning components
• Familiarity with financial services or banking processes, preferably within a bank or financial institution
• Working knowledge of QA tools such as JIRA, Test-Ray, or Azure DevOps for test and defect tracking
• Strong understanding of integration testing concepts and experience validating data across systems
