IT Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the IT Quality Assurance Analyst will ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise business systems by developing and executing test strategies, performing various testing types, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate system solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a quality assurance partner on enterprise system initiatives, ensuring solutions meet functional and technical requirements
• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for system enhancements and implementations
• Perform hands-on functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for enterprise applications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• 3-6+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles in enterprise environments
• Experience testing enterprise software such as ERP, CRM, Finance, HR, or project delivery systems
• Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and regression suite automation tools
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
