IT Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Quality Assurance Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy, test planning, and governance for CAC/CDI implementations
• Partner with Business Analysts to ensure requirements are testable, traceable, and complete
• Oversee unit, integrated, interface, UAT, and regression testing

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare QA, testing, or validation, including health IT implementations
• Expertise in CAC/CDI workflows, ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT/HCPCS coding, and revenue cycle operations
• Experience coordinating testing across clinical, IT, and vendor teams
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or related field
