IT Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary

Leading quality initiatives in the Commercial Lines Small Business Insurance group, the full-time IT Quality Assurance Lead will manage testing strategies, establish reporting processes, and mentor team members while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance testing standards and address delivery risks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic quality initiatives and establish meaningful reporting and audit processes
• Mentor and develop team members while analyzing production trends and defects for improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with Agile teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions that align with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing
• Completion of a technical training program with at least 6 years of related work experience is acceptable
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a Business or Information Technology discipline with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience
• Experience developing and executing enterprise testing strategies and quality frameworks
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across multiple teams
