IT Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of Quality Assurance professionals, the remote IT Quality Assurance Manager will deliver large-scale enterprise technology initiatives, drive strategic priorities, and ensure high-quality system delivery while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex programs and projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business outcomes
• Serve as both project leader and hands-on contributor, managing planning, execution, risk management, and issue resolution
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and status reports for leadership, including executive-level summaries

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Master's degree is a plus
• 7+ years of experience in IT, including project/program management of large-scale initiatives
• Proven experience in people management, leading technical or QA teams
• Experience with AI technologies and ability to guide team adoption of AI solutions
• Demonstrated ability to balance leadership and individual contribution as a working manager
