IT R&D Systems Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Global IT R&D Systems Lead, this role involves managing end-to-end IT projects in R&D and Regulatory Affairs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing system enhancements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the successful completion of IT projects from conception to implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
• Act as the IT platform owner for Regulatory intelligence and publishing systems, collaborating with IT teams on system maintenance and incident management
• Drive compliance with IT Quality processes and support vendor relationships for assigned systems, ensuring effective communication of system issues to leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, IT, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• 5+ years of experience as an IT platform owner with people leadership responsibilities
• 8+ years of project management experience in the life sciences domain
• Hands-on experience with validated GxP environments and knowledge of GCP, EMA, and FDA regulations
• Broad technical knowledge with experience in implementing global R&D and Regulatory applications and processes
