Job Summary

To support the Intelligence Community, the contract IT Recruiter will manage full-lifecycle recruiting activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform full lifecycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
• Utilize traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques to build candidate pools
• Collaborate with hiring managers to promote effective hiring practices and track recruiting activities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of related recruiting experience in the Intelligence Community
• Ability to create and deploy unique recruiting strategies
• Demonstrated experience in a government consulting/contracting environment
• Prior experience with Workday Recruiting or a similar ATS
