Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for various IT roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and recruiting top IT talent through various channels
• Conducting initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Partnering with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment
• Familiarity with various IT roles and technologies
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
