Job Summary
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of technical talent, the full-time remote IT Recruiter will partner with various teams to source and assess candidates for roles such as Software Engineers and Data Engineers, ensuring alignment with healthcare compliance and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing and candidate assessment
- Lead intake sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles
- Ensure data integrity and compliance within the ATS while supporting AI-driven recruiting workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting within healthcare, SaaS, or regulated technology environments
- Experience with cloud, data, integration, security, or enterprise systems roles
- Working knowledge of Boolean logic and sourcing automation tools
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, preferably iCIMS, and using analytics for decision-making
