A company is looking for a Remote IT Recruiter specializing in ERP Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Oracle E-Business Suite Financials and other ERP financial roles
• Successfully handle multiple concurrent requisitions in a high-volume environment
• Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for ERP Financials and federal contracting roles

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for ERP Financials, including Oracle EBS Financials or similar platforms
• Experience negotiating compensation and closing candidates
• Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a remote environment
• Strong desire to grow with the company
