• Support full-cycle recruiting for ERP and IT roles, including functional and technical positions
• Manage multiple open requisitions in a high-volume environment and adapt to shifting priorities
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and develop long-term talent pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
• Experience recruiting for ERP and/or IT roles
• Experience supporting federal contracts preferred
• Familiarity with compensation discussions and offer processes
• Experience primarily with W2 employment
