Job Summary

A company is looking for a Refresh Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy new devices to existing and new users, including peripherals
Recycle old devices and manage the return process from users
Provide end-user support and conduct weekly inventory of devices

Required Qualifications

Experience with a ticketing system like ServiceNow
Experience with remote support tools such as CyberArk
Familiarity with Active Directory or Azure Active Directory/Intune
Knowledge of Windows OS and the M365 suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
At least 2 years of experience in end-user support or relevant IT experience for recent college graduates
