IT Release Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Information Technology - Release Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT Release Management group, overseeing daily activities and collaboration with various teams
• Establish and maintain an enterprise release calendar, ensuring alignment with key partners and vendors
• Drive continuous improvement in release processes and publish metrics on release management effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of seven years of progressive IT experience
• At least five years of release management experience
• Three years of management experience
• Familiarity with the healthcare payer industry, particularly Medicaid and Medicare, is preferred
