IT Release Manager
Job Summary
To ensure stable and compliant delivery of technology services, the full-time remote IT Release Manager will govern enterprise change enablement and release management processes, overseeing risk-based change governance, release coordination, and continuous process improvement aligned with ITIL best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Own and govern the enterprise Change Enablement process and enforce change management policies
- Lead release planning, scheduling, and coordination across cross-functional teams to ensure release readiness
- Define, monitor, and report on KPIs related to change and release performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- ITIL Certification
- Experience in regulated industries or SOX-compliant environments preferred
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and cloud-based infrastructure environments preferred
- Experience supporting DevOps, CI/CD, and release automation initiatives preferred
