• Support the pursuit and closure of sales, focusing on renewals and unattached business
• Monitor renewal opportunities, manage the opportunity pipeline, and generate accurate sales quotes
• Explain the value of Partner solutions and collaborate with internal teams to exceed sales goals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supporting sales teams within the IT or IT services industry
• Previous experience with pre-sales and post-sales support
• Experience in tracking and updating customer information in Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
