Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Renewal Specialist (100% REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Support the pursuit and closure of sales, focusing on renewals and unattached business
- Monitor renewal opportunities, manage the opportunity pipeline, and generate accurate sales quotes
- Explain the value of Partner solutions and collaborate with internal teams to exceed sales goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in supporting sales teams within the IT or IT services industry
- Previous experience with pre-sales and post-sales support
- Experience in tracking and updating customer information in Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
