IT Resource Analyst

Job Summary

To optimize IT resource management in a remote setting, the full-time temporary IT Resource Analyst will analyze resource utilization, manage time tracking systems, and provide recommendations to IT management regarding staffing and project resourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to balance workload and priorities while analyzing IT resource utilization
• Administer the IT time tracking system and produce weekly utilization reports to identify risks and optimization opportunities
• Develop dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making related to IT resource planning and capacity management

Required qualifications

• 0-2 years of resource management experience in an enterprise environment
• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university
• 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
• Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports related to resource utilization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
