Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Resource Manager to oversee a team that supports Technical Product Owners in meeting staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise IT resources, ensuring an appropriately sized and skilled resource pool aligned with budget targets
• Develop and retain existing resources through coaching, feedback, and identifying growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Technical Product Owners to resolve project issues and enhance resource productivity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Technology or equivalent experience
• 4-7 years of experience in Business, IT, and/or Human Resources
• 4-7 years of leadership experience
