IT Resource Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Resource Planner I to assist with resource scheduling and capacity planning for projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engages with stakeholders to manage incoming resource demand and track resource data
• Collaborates with business units to prioritize resource demands and consolidate change management requests
• Monitors staff utilization and provides reports to ensure efficiency and productivity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 0 - 2 years of related experience or equivalent experience
• Completion of a Centene-sponsored emerging talent program may be considered
• Experience with Agile Testing, Project Management, or Software Development Life Cycle is desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred
