IT Risk and Controls Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Risk and Controls Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality assurance of IT General Controls and Application Controls through assessments, walkthroughs, and audits
• Monitor the control environment to ensure controls are operational and compliant with established policies and procedures
• Identify risks and gaps, facilitating remediation efforts based on internal and external audit observations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related quantitative discipline
• 2-5 years of experience in IT risk and compliance
• 2+ years of experience in audit/assessments with SOX
• Proficient knowledge of third-party regulatory policies and security frameworks
• Experience with internal control design and operations from a Finance and Business Technology perspective
