Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Sales Support Specialist to provide technical support and training for sales tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical support for the Zoom Contact Center and Revalgo Sales Order Management AI tool
• Onboard users and deliver end-user training to ensure effective system use and adoption
• Document, track, and resolve support incidents while collecting user feedback for improvements

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Zoom Contact Center or similar contact center platforms
• Knowledge of sales and order management processes, including quoting
• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and user access provisioning
• Proficiency in Help Desk ticket support and data analysis for KPI metrics
• Experience with tools such as Oracle, SQL, and PowerBI
